Responsibilities
- Advise clients on property purchases, investment strategies, and portfolio growth
- Conduct property viewings, tailored presentations, and investment consultations
- Promote off plan and ready properties from top Abu Dhabi developers
- Build and manage a portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
- Analyze ROI, rental yields, capital appreciation, and payment plans
- Negotiate offers and close transactions with accuracy and professionalism
- Maintain CRM records and follow company sales processes
- Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the brand with professionalism
Requirements
- Experience in real estate sales, investment advisory, or client facing roles is preferred
- Strong understanding of property investment fundamentals (ROI, yields, market cycles)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and target driven
- Ability to build trust with investors and long term clients
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred
