Responsibilities
- Manage property inquiries and conduct professional viewings across Abu Dhabi
- Promote ready and off plan properties in high demand residential and investment zones
- Build and maintain a portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
- Deliver tailored investment consultations, including ROI analysis, rental yield projections, and capital appreciation insights
- Advise clients on payment plans, market trends, and long term investment strategies
- Negotiate offers and close transactions with accuracy, professionalism, and financial awareness
- Maintain CRM records and follow company sales processes
Requirements
- Experience in real estate sales, investment advisory, or brokerage roles
- Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi’s residential and investment market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Fluency in English
- Additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, etc.) are an advantage

Requirements
- Experience in real estate sales, investment advisory, or brokerage roles
- Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi’s residential and investment market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to explain investment metrics clearly
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and target driven
- Professional appearance and strong business acumen
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
