We are seeking ambitious and professional **Real Estate Sales Consultants** to join our expanding team and help clients navigate Abu Dhabi’s dynamic property landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with property inquiries, viewings, and investment consultations.
- Build and manage a portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
- Promote off‑plan and ready properties from top Abu Dhabi developers.
- Provide accurate insights on pricing, ROI, community features, and market trends.
- Negotiate offers and close deals efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow company sales processes.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the company with professionalism.
Requirements
- Experience in real estate sales is preferred; motivated newcomers are welcome.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of motivation, discipline, and target‑driven mindset.
- Ability to build trust and long‑term client relationships.
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred.
