Role Overview

The Real Estate Sales Consultant is responsible for driving property sales across Abu Dhabi’s residential and investment markets.

The role focuses on building strong client relationships, managing the full sales cycle, and providing expert guidance on ready and off‑plan properties.

You will represent the company as a trusted advisor and contribute directly to revenue growth in a competitive and fast‑moving market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and convert leads through proactive outreach, networking, and consistent follow‑up.
  • Advise clients on property options, pricing, market trends, and investment opportunities in Abu Dhabi.
  • Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with buyers and sellers.
  • Manage the full sales process, including documentation, offers, and closing procedures in line with UAE regulations.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of available listings, developer launches, and community insights.
  • Build and manage a strong client portfolio through relationship management and ongoing communication.
  • Collaborate with marketing, listings, and admin teams to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
  • Represent the company professionally at events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Experience in real estate sales in the UAE is preferred; strong sales backgrounds from other industries are also considered.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong customer service mindset and ability to build long‑term client relationships.
  • Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market, communities, and major developers is an advantage.
  • Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or French are a plus.
