About the Role

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers and property owners to generate leads and referrals
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Conduct property tours and viewings for prospective buyers
- Stay informed about Dubai real estate market trends, property values, and competitor offerings
- Negotiate sales contracts, terms, and conditions
- Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and closing processes
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the Director of Secondary Sales
- Use CRM systems and sales tools to manage client interactions, track leads, and monitor performance
- Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing and Legal for compliance and promotion
- Maintain and regularly update listings of available properties
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of real estate experience within the Dubai market
- Sales experience in a similar field
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai premium real estate market
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills with attention to detail in contract negotiations
- Customer oriented mindset
- Competitive and target driven
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

Key Responsibilities

- Stay informed about Dubai real estate market trends, property values, and competitor offerings to provide well informed recommendations.
- Negotiate sales contracts, terms, and conditions while ensuring transparency and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and closing processes to ensure smooth transactions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the Director of Secondary Sales through proactive sales strategies and client engagement.
- Use CRM systems and sales tools to manage client interactions, track leads, and monitor performance.

Knowledge & Experience
- Sales experience in a similar field
- Minimum 1 year of real estate experience within the Dubai market
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
