About the Role

  • Our client is looking for motivated, ambitious, and commercially driven Real Estate Sales Agents to join a growing real estate brokerage in Dubai.
  • This role is best suited to candidates who are confident in sales, proactive in building client relationships, and eager to grow within the UAE real estate market.
  • The company will provide training, mentorship, CRM access, administrative support, rental support, and company generated leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, qualify, and manage buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
  • Follow up on company provided leads and convert enquiries into viewings and transactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, developers, and other industry contacts.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide clients with accurate market and property information.
  • Support clients through the full sales or leasing process from enquiry to closing.
  • Promote available properties through calls, WhatsApp, social media, portals, and networking.
  • Maintain accurate client and property records on the company CRM.
  • Work closely with internal admin and rental support teams.
  • Stay updated on UAE real estate market trends, pricing, communities, and available inventory.
  • Meet agreed performance targets relating to calls, viewings, listings, client follow ups, and closed deals.

Requirements

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
  • Self motivated, target driven, and comfortable working in a commission based role.
  • Previous real estate experience is preferred, especially in the secondary market.
  • Candidates with off plan real estate experience may also be considered.
  • Candidates from other sales backgrounds may be considered if they have strong client facing and closing skills.
  • UAE based experience is required.
  • Existing UAE real estate knowledge is highly preferred.
  • Own UAE visa is preferred.
  • Valid UAE driving licence and access to own car is preferred.
  • Professional appearance and strong client management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and follow up consistently.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
