We are seeking an experienced and motivated **Real Estate Resale Agent** to focus on Abu Dhabi’s thriving secondary market, working with buyers, sellers, and investors looking for ready properties and established communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Specialize in the resale (secondary) property market across Abu Dhabi
- Assist clients with property valuations, listings, viewings, and negotiations
- Build and manage a portfolio of property owners, buyers, and investors
- Conduct market analyses and provide accurate pricing and community insights
- Promote ready properties through digital marketing, open houses, and client networks
- Negotiate offers and close resale transactions with professionalism and accuracy
- Maintain CRM records and follow company sales processes
- Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the brand with integrity
Requirements
- Experience in real estate sales, preferably in the **secondary/resale market**
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trust with property owners and ready‑to‑move‑in buyers
- High level of motivation, discipline, and target‑driven mindset
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s communities and resale market trends is preferred
