Requirements
- Minimum 2 3 years of recruitment experience with strong exposure to Dubai real estate hiring
- Proven experience hiring real estate brokers, sales agents, and leasing teams
- Strong market knowledge of Dubai real estate recruitment trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, target driven environment
