Responsibilities
- Act as the bridge between internal project sales teams and the wider broker ecosystem, driving participation and awareness for all new launches and project updates.
- Build a strong network across the real estate ecosystem by maintaining cordial, influential relationships with key brokerage partners.
- Conduct weekly touchpoints/engagement sessions by inviting brokers to the Sales Centre for project briefings or at external agency offices.
- Deliver compelling project briefings, updates, and new launch presentations at the sales gallery and directly at agency offices.
- Manage key accounts and top performing brokers to strengthen the indirect sales channel.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute in house broker events, briefing sessions, and engagement activities.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of broker engagement, agency relations, or channel partner management experience
- Preferably with a UAE real estate developer or major real estate company

Job Overview
