  • We are seeking a sharp, persuasive, and results driven Real Estate Negotiation Specialist to handle high value negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead negotiations between buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Convert warm leads into committed clients through strategic communication and objection handling.
  • Conduct high impact consultations focused on pricing, terms, and deal structure.
  • Analyze offers, counteroffers, payment plans, and investment scenarios.
  • Collaborate with sales agents to support deal progression and accelerate closing timelines.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance with company processes.
  • Provide expert guidance on market trends, pricing strategies, and negotiation tactics.
  • Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with professionalism, confidence, and integrity.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate negotiations, closing, or high ticket sales.
  • Strong persuasion, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to remain calm, strategic, and solution oriented under pressure.
  • High level of motivation, discipline, and target driven mindset.
  • Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, Spanish, etc.) are an advantage.
  • Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred.
