- Prepare high quality investment memorandums, presentations, and reports for senior management and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support strategic decision making
- Collaborate with internal teams including project management, legal, and finance
- Assist with preparation of project budgets, forecasts, and performance monitoring
Requirements
- 1 7 years of experience in real estate financial analysis
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Experience with market research and due diligence
- Proficiency in preparing investment memorandums and presentations
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams

- Conducting detailed financial modelling and analysis for potential and existing real estate development projects, including cash flow projections, IRR, and NPV calculations.
- Performing comprehensive market research to identify and evaluate new investment and development opportunities, analysing trends, competitor activity, and demographic data.
- Assisting in the due diligence process for property acquisitions, which includes reviewing financial, legal, and operational documentation.
- Preparing high quality investment memorandums, presentations, and reports for senior management and external stakeholders.
- Developing and maintaining sophisticated financial models to support strategic decision making throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams, including project management, legal, and finance, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Assisting with the preparation of project budgets, forecasts, and performance monitoring against key metrics.
