Job Purpose
- The Real Estate Director is responsible for managing and expanding the organization’s retail property portfolio, including site selection, lease negotiations, budget analysis, and store openings across the UAE and franchisees.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in depth market and competitive analysis to develop independent expansion plans.
- Prepare and submit annual business plans to the board.
- Create and implement real estate strategies tailored to each brand.
- Present brand market potential and expansion capacity for the next 3 years.
- Conduct Real Estate Market Mapping and Sales Forecasting.
- Develop and present detailed feasibility studies.
- Proactively manage and monitor the performance of the existing real estate portfolio.
- Oversee the end to end lease renewal pipeline.
- Act as the primary point of escalation for property crises.
- Lead hands on, ground level field scouting and site mapping.
- Conduct comprehensive site assessments.
- Manage schedules for projects and oversee processes to obtain permits and approvals.
Qualifications
- Experience in real estate management, preferably in hospitality or retail.
- Strategic leadership skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship building skills.
- Knowledge of UAE real estate market.
- Ability to lead a team.
