- Generate and qualify new buyer, seller, and investor leads through various sales channels
- Provide professional consultation on Off Plan and Secondary Market properties
- Conduct property viewings, presentations, and client meetings
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and follow ups
- Negotiate offers and facilitate smooth transactions from inquiry to closing
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM
- Stay informed about Dubai's real estate market trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and company goals
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Dubai real estate preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Experience using Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle
- RERA certification or willingness to obtain
- UAE driving licence preferred
- Self motivated, organized, and committed to achieving sales targets

About the Role
- We are seeking a proactive and results oriented Real Estate Consultant to join our team.
- You will help clients make informed property decisions by providing expert guidance on Dubai's Off Plan and Secondary Market properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new buyer, seller, and investor leads through various sales channels.
- Provide professional consultation on Off Plan and Secondary Market properties based on clients' needs and investment objectives.
- Conduct property viewings, presentations, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional service and regular follow ups.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate smooth transactions from initial inquiry to closing.
- Keep accurate and up to date records of all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about Dubai's real estate market trends, new property launches, pricing, and investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and company performance goals.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Dubai real estate is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Experience using Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
- RERA certification is an advantage or willingness to obtain one.
- UAE driving licence is preferred.
- Self motivated, organized, and committed to achieving sales targets.
Salary
- Up to AED 3,000 per month plus Commission
