Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new buyer and seller leads on a daily basis
- Market and promote Off Plan and Secondary Market property listings
- Arrange and conduct property viewings and client consultations
- Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Build and nurture relationships with investors, homeowners, and prospective buyers
- Negotiate offers and guide clients throughout the buying and selling process
- Stay informed about Dubai's real estate market, new developments, and industry trends
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and company sales targets
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Dubai real estate is preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle
- RERA certification is an advantage or willingness to obtain it
- Self motivated, target driven, and eager to build a long term career in real estate

About the Role
- We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Property Consultant to join our growing team.
- In this role, you will help clients buy and sell both Off Plan and Secondary Market properties across Dubai.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new buyer and seller leads on a daily basis.
- Market and promote Off Plan and Secondary Market property listings.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings and client consultations.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Build and nurture relationships with investors, homeowners, and prospective buyers.
- Negotiate offers and guide clients throughout the buying and selling process.
- Stay informed about Dubai's real estate market, new developments, and industry trends.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and company sales targets.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Dubai real estate is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
- RERA certification is an advantage or willingness to obtain it.
- UAE driving licence is preferred.
- Self motivated, target driven, and eager to build a long term career in real estate.
Monthly Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Daily outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Client meetings and consultations conducted.
- Property viewings completed.
- Qualified offers submitted.
- 100% accurate and up to date CRM records maintained.
- Achievement of monthly sales and lead generation targets.
Pay
- Up to AED 3,000 per month + Attractive Commission
