About the Role

- Advise investors on high return residential and commercial opportunities
- Recommend properties based on ROI, rental yield, capital appreciation and investment goals
- Conduct property presentations and viewings
- Build and manage a portfolio of investors
- Negotiate and close transactions with developers and property owners
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining long term client relationships
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Dubai real estate sales experience
- Strong knowledge of Off Plan and Secondary Market properties
- Must have successfully closed at least one real estate transaction within the last 3–6 months
- Excellent sales, negotiation and presentation skills
- RERA Certification is preferred

Job Overview
