- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of buyers, sellers, and property investors
- Advise clients on suitable Off Plan and Secondary Market properties based on their goals and budget
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital lead generation
- Schedule and conduct property viewings, presentations, and client meetings
- Guide clients through every stage of the buying and selling process
- Negotiate offers and coordinate with all parties to ensure smooth transactions
- Maintain accurate client records and sales activities in the CRM system
- Stay informed about Dubai's real estate market trends, new launches, pricing, and investment opportunities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to build lasting relationships and encourage repeat business
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Dubai real estate preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Familiarity with Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle
- RERA certification or willingness to obtain one
- UAE driving licence is an advantage
- Strong sales mindset with ability to work independently and meet targets

About the Role
- We are looking for a motivated and client focused Real Estate Advisor to join our growing team.
- You will assist clients in identifying the right investment opportunities and residential properties across Dubai's Off Plan and Secondary Market.
- This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about real estate, enjoy building long term client relationships, and are driven to achieve sales success.
Key Responsibilities

- Stay informed about Dubai's real estate market trends, new launches, pricing, and investment opportunities.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Dubai real estate is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
- Familiarity with Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.

Salary
- Up to AED 3,000 per month plus Commission
