Earning Structure
- Option 1 – Commission Model: 60% Flat Commission on Every Successful Sale, Meeting Bonuses, Unlimited Earning Potential
- Option 2 – Salary + Commission: Monthly Salary, 50% Flat Commission on Every Successful Sale, Meeting Bonuses & Performance Incentives
- Monthly salary is applicable upon achieving a minimum of one property sale during the month.
Requirements
- Currently based in the UAE
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Previous sales or real estate experience is preferred
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply
- Applicants should have sufficient financial backup to comfortably manage their personal expenses during the initial stage while building their client pipeline.
Walk in Interview Schedule
- Thursday & Friday
- Morning Session: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Afternoon Session: 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM
- Selected candidates will be expected to join from Saturday.
- Interview Venue: Office No. 1002, 10th Floor, Al Masood Office Tower, Deira, Dubai
- Attend in formal business attire.
