Earning Structure
- Option 1 – Commission Model: 60% Flat Commission on Every Successful Sale, Meeting Bonuses, Unlimited Earning Potential
- Option 2 – Salary + Commission: Monthly Salary, 50% Flat Commission on Every Successful Sale, Meeting Bonuses & Additional Performance Incentives
- Monthly salary is applicable upon achieving a minimum of one property sale during the month.
- Top performers have the potential to earn AED 40,000+ per month.
Requirements
- Currently based in the UAE
