- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Generate high quality buyer and investor leads for off plan and secondary market properties
- Continuously improve campaign performance to reduce CPL and increase lead quality
- Create and manage landing pages, lead funnels, and conversion focused marketing strategies
- Oversee SEO, SEM, retargeting, email marketing, and marketing automation initiatives
- Manage social media content strategies and paid advertising campaigns
- Coordinate with videographers, designers, and content creators to ensure high quality marketing output
- Monitor campaign performance, analytics, and ROI through CRM systems and reporting tools
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives and revenue targets
Requirements
- Minimum 4 5 years of digital marketing experience
- Mandatory UAE real estate marketing experience
- Proven track record of generating quality real estate leads and reducing CPL
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, SEM, analytics, and CRM platforms
- Experience managing marketing creatives, videographers, and content production
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and project management abilities

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Generate high quality buyer and investor leads for off plan and secondary market properties.
