We are expanding our dynamic sales team and seeking motivated, client‑focused Real Estate Sales Consultants who are ready to build a successful career in a high‑growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a portfolio of clients seeking to buy, sell, or invest in Abu Dhabi real estate.
- Conduct property viewings, market consultations, and investment presentations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and partners.
- Stay updated on market trends, new launches, and community insights.
- Negotiate offers, close deals, and ensure a smooth end‑to‑end sales process.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow company sales processes.
- Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with professionalism and integrity.
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate sales **(UAE experience preferred but not mandatory)**.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of self‑motivation, discipline, and drive to achieve targets.
- Ability to build trust and long‑term relationships with clients.
- Familiarity with Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
