- Manage off plan property inquiries and deliver professional project presentations
- Promote new developments, exclusive launches, and early stage investment opportunities
- Build and maintain a portfolio of investors, high net worth clients, and long term buyers
- Provide expert advisory on ROI, rental yields, capital appreciation, payment plans, and market trends
- Conduct virtual tours, community briefings, and tailored investment consultations
- Guide clients through reservation, SPA signing, and handover processes
- Negotiate offers and close transactions with accuracy, confidence, and professionalism
- Maintain CRM accuracy and uphold company sales processes
Requirements
- Proven experience in off plan real estate sales, brokerage, or investment advisory
- Strong understanding of off plan project structures, payment plans, and investment metrics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s off plan market is preferred

Requirements
- Proven experience in off plan real estate sales, brokerage, or investment advisory
- Strong understanding of off plan project structures, payment plans, and investment metrics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and target driven
- Ability to build trust with investors and high value clients
- Professional appearance and strong business acumen
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, Spanish, etc.) are an advantage
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s off plan market is preferred
