Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage **buyer & seller leads** through calls, networking, and referrals
• Build and maintain a strong **secondary market property portfolio (listings)**
• Handle **property listings, valuations, and client negotiations**
• Manage **end-to-end sales process** (listing → viewing → negotiation → closing)
• Work actively on **ready properties, resale deals, and investor portfolios**
• Convert **inbound and outbound leads into qualified deals**
• Coordinate with **mortgage consultants, conveyancing teams, and developers**
• Stay updated on **Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and demand zones**

• For Team Leaders

• Manage and guide a **team of agents**
• Drive team targets, performance, and deal closures
• Support team with **inventory, strategy, and conversions**

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum **2–5 years of Dubai real estate experience (MANDATORY)**
• Strong experience in **secondary market / ready property transactions**
• Proven track record in **listing acquisition and deal closures**
• Excellent **negotiation, communication, and closing skills**
• Ability to handle **high-value clients and investor portfolios**
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and performance-focused mindset
• Strong knowledge of the **Dubai property market, areas, and pricing trends**
