- Assist Cantonese speaking clients with property inquiries, viewings, and investment consultations
- Deliver tailored presentations, virtual tours, and community briefings in Cantonese and English
- Promote ready and off plan properties from leading Abu Dhabi developers
- Build and maintain a portfolio of international buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
- Provide advisory on pricing, ROI, rental yields, payment plans, and market trends
- Negotiate offers and close transactions with professionalism and cultural sensitivity
- Maintain CRM accuracy and follow company sales processes
Requirements
- Fluency in Cantonese and English
- Experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or high value client facing roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage

- Assist Cantonese speaking clients with property inquiries, viewings, and investment consultations.

Requirements
- Fluency in Cantonese and English.
- Experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or high value client facing roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
- Ability to build trust with international clients and high net worth individuals.
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and target driven.
- Professional appearance and strong business acumen.
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage.
