We are seeking motivated and knowledgeable **Real Estate Agents – Abu Dhabi Specialists** to join our expanding team and guide clients through the city’s most desirable communities and investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on Abu Dhabi’s top communities, new developments, and investment hotspots
- Conduct property viewings, sales presentations, and tailored consultations
- Promote off‑plan and ready properties from leading Abu Dhabi developers
- Build and manage a portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
- Provide accurate insights on pricing, ROI, payment plans, and market trends
- Negotiate offers and close deals efficiently and professionally
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow company sales processes
- Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with professionalism and strong local market knowledge
Requirements
- Experience in real estate sales is preferred; motivated newcomers are welcome
- Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi communities, lifestyle offerings, and investment potential
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- High level of motivation, discipline, and target‑driven mindset
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to build long‑term client relationships
