We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated **Abu Dhabi Specialist Real Estate Agent** to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the local market and is ready to build a successful career in the UAE real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with property inquiries, viewings, and investment consultations across Abu Dhabi.
- Build and manage a portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
- Promote off‑plan and ready properties from leading Abu Dhabi developers.
- Provide expert insights on pricing, ROI, community features, and market trends.
- Negotiate offers and close deals efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow company sales processes.
- Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with professionalism and strong local expertise.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of the **Abu Dhabi real estate market** (communities, pricing, trends).
- Experience in real estate sales is preferred; motivated newcomers are welcome.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of motivation, discipline, and goal orientation.
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
