Responsibilities
- Assist clients with property inquiries, viewings, and tailored consultations
- Specialize in Abu Dhabi’s key communities (Saadiyat, Yas Island, Al Reem, Al Raha, Masdar, etc.)
- Promote off plan and ready properties from top Abu Dhabi developers
- Provide expert guidance on pricing, ROI, rental yields, payment plans, and market trends
- Build and maintain a strong portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
- Conduct property presentations and investment focused discussions
- Negotiate offers and close transactions with accuracy and professionalism
- Maintain CRM records and follow company sales processes
- Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the brand with professionalism
Requirements
- Experience in real estate sales or client facing roles preferred; motivated newcomers welcome
- Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi communities, lifestyle offerings, and investment potential
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
