- Assist Chinese speaking clients with property inquiries, viewings, and investment consultations
- Conduct tailored presentations, virtual tours, and community briefings in Chinese and English
- Promote off plan and ready properties from top Abu Dhabi developers
- Build and maintain a portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
- Provide expert guidance on pricing, ROI, rental yields, payment plans, and market trends
- Support clients with relocation needs, lifestyle insights, and community recommendations
- Negotiate offers and close transactions with professionalism and accuracy
- Maintain CRM records and follow company sales processes
Requirements
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English
- Experience in real estate sales, advisory, or high value client facing roles is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Ability to build trust with international clients and high net worth individuals
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and target driven
- Professional appearance and strong business acumen
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage

About the Role
- Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a professional Real Estate Advisor (Fluent in Chinese) to deliver a seamless, culturally aligned experience to clients from Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, and global Chinese speaking communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Chinese speaking clients with property inquiries, viewings, and investment consultations
