Role Overview
Riva Maison Real Estate is seeking an experienced Real Estate Admin or Listing Acquisition Specialist for its Dubai team.
The primary objective is to generate fresh, high-quality property listings for agents in target communities.
The role is remote and full-time, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM UAE time.
Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to landlords and property owners every day.
- Build owner relationships, identify landlords ready to rent or sell, and explain the value of listing with Riva Maison.
- Secure permission to advertise properties and collect the required property, landlord, and listing documentation.
- Follow up consistently until listings are secured while maintaining accurate call and conversation records.
- Build fresh inventory in new areas and work with agents to ensure they have current stock.
Who the Employer Needs
- Previous experience in a Dubai real estate brokerage is required; administration, listing, property coordination, or landlord-facing experience is relevant.
- Knowledge of the Dubai rental and secondary sales market and how local landlords operate is required.
- The candidate must be confident speaking with property owners and converting conversations into live listings.
- Knowledge of listing documentation, property portals, and the general listing process is required.
- The role requires persistent follow-up without damaging owner relationships.
Work Arrangement
- The role is remote and full-time, working 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM UAE time.
