Role Overview

Riva Maison is seeking an HR and Talent Acquisition Manager for recruitment and people operations across its Dubai real estate brokerage.

The immediate priority is proactive recruitment of experienced, high-performing Dubai real estate professionals.

This is an output-driven role with a target of at least two quality real estate agent hires per week during active recruitment periods.

Workplace and Location

  • The role is remote-first, with remote work for most of the week.
  • The candidate must currently be based in Dubai, UAE.
  • Weekly in-person attendance at the team meeting is mandatory, with additional physical meetings when reasonably required.

Recruitment Responsibilities

  • Own recruitment from headhunting through screening, interviewing, reference checking, offers, and onboarding.
  • Identify, approach, and attract experienced Dubai real estate professionals rather than relying only on posted vacancies.
  • Recruit for administration, operations, marketing, and management positions when required.

HR Responsibilities

  • Manage contracts, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, and leave.
  • Manage performance processes, warnings, disciplinary administration, and offboarding.
  • Provide general HR administration and employee support.

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous UAE or Dubai recruitment experience is required.
  • Exceptional spoken and written English, strong telephone and interview presence, and a polished professional manner are required.
  • Strong LinkedIn sourcing, headhunting, direct outreach, assessment, organization, and follow-up skills are required.
  • The candidate must work independently in a remote-first environment and take a proactive, commercially minded approach.
  • Real estate recruitment experience is strongly preferred.

Riva Maison is a boutique Dubai real estate brokerage focused on building a smaller, stronger, and highly productive team.

The brokerage provides commission structures, listing-generation support, administration support, and social media and content support.

Compensation

  • Pay is AED 3,000 per month.
