Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
- Manage meeting room bookings and maintain the reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing courier deliveries and office correspondence
- Provide administrative support to sales, leasing, and property management teams
- Create, update, and maintain property listings on Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and company website
- Verify property information, availability, pricing, and required documentation before publishing
- Coordinate with agents to collect property details, photographs, and supporting documents
- Ensure all listings comply with Dubai real estate advertising regulations and portal requirements
- Maintain accurate records of listings, client documents, tenancy contracts, and company files
- Coordinate with PROs, developers, maintenance contractors, and service providers when required
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement
Requirements
- Minimum 1 2 years of administrative or receptionist experience, preferably in UAE real estate
- Experience using Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, or similar real estate portals
- Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and customer focused attitude
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate processes and documentation is an advantage

Job Summary
