Responsibilities
- Support the Chairman at the core of the organization, managing complex business and personal priorities
- Oversee demanding schedules, sensitive communications, VIP engagements, and coordination across multiple entities
- Act as a trusted strategic partner
Requirements
- 2 years of experience as an EA to a C level (CEO/Chairman)
- Previous experience as Secretary in a real estate environment
- Understanding of compliance matters or investments (RERA/DLD)
- Executive Administrative Assistance skills with experience supporting senior leadership
- Solid Communication skills, including clear written communication, professional email etiquette, and confident interpersonal interaction
- Proficient Diary Management and scheduling abilities
- Solid Clerical Skills such as document preparation, filing, data entry, and record maintenance
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office and Google Workspace)
- International Experience in western countries will be a plus
- Driving License
