- Drive high quality real estate leads through digital marketing channels and AI integration
- Identify high impact opportunities for AI adoption across Lead Gen to drive revenue
- Manage and optimise paid media activity across Meta and Google
- Ensure spend is allocated effectively across audiences, products, and regional markets
- Drive scalable growth while maintaining targets
- Monitor and improve core KPIs including CAC, CTR, conversion rate, and revenue contribution
- Review and interpret performance data to identify trends and risks
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate lead generation
- Proven experience as an AI Marketing Strategist
- Strong hands on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Demonstrate ability to generate high quality leads at scale
- Experience with CRM systems, conversion tracking, and campaign optimisation
- Demonstrate Campaign Ownership while managing and optimising paid media activity across Meta, Google
