Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Real Estate Admin to manage and oversee real estate operations in Dubai.
The role requires strong knowledge of DLD systems and compliance.
Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum four years of experience in Dubai real estate administration or operations.
- Hands-on experience with Dubai Land Department systems.
- Strong knowledge of Trakheesi advertising permit applications and approvals.
- Solid understanding of RERA regulations and compliance.
- Experience with Ejari rental contracts and Oqood off-plan registrations.
- Full knowledge of real estate forms, contracts, and transaction processes.
- Advanced CRM experience covering leads, listings, transactions, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of AML procedures under UAE regulations.
- Experience managing listings on Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and other portals.
- Ability to train, guide, and support agents on systems, processes, and compliance.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven with strong communication skills.
- Fluent English is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage listings, approvals, and permits through NADM and Trakheesi.
- Ensure property listings are accurate, compliant, and optimized across portals.
