Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and prioritize healthcare target markets, customers, and opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and market penetration action plans.
- Build long-term relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and key stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary contact for key accounts and support customer satisfaction and retention.
- Research KSA healthcare trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Recommend new product or service opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- At least five years of proven healthcare sales experience in the KSA market.
- Experience with RIS/PACS and related technologies is desirable.
- Strong understanding of KSA healthcare players, regulations, and market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- A valid driving license is required.
