Role Overview
A leading luxury retail group in the UAE is hiring customer-focused professionals.
Open positions include Sales Associate, Senior Sales Associate, Store Supervisor, and Store Manager.
Core Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize sales.
- Build customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Manage stock replenishment and inventory accuracy.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally.
- Maintain accurate sales records and follow company policies and procedures.
- Support smooth day-to-day store operations.
Supervisor and Manager Duties
- Lead, motivate, and develop store teams to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor store performance and implement action plans to improve sales and productivity.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Ensure operational excellence and compliance with company standards.
- Analyze sales reports and drive initiatives to improve store performance.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, hospitality, aviation, or customer-facing sales environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for customer service and sales.
- Professional grooming and presentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Leadership experience is required for Supervisor and Manager positions.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Additional languages are an advantage.
