Overview
- Parsons is seeking a Site based Quantity Surveyor for major wastewater infrastructure developments in Tabuk.
- Responsible for commercial and contract administration functions, including measurement, validation, and certification of physical works.
What You'll Be Doing
- Perform rigorous on site measurements and quantity take offs to validate monthly contractor progress billings.
- Conduct routine physical site inspections to audit completed works.
- Evaluate contract variations, site instructions, and change orders specific to wastewater networks.
- Assist in review and settlement of commercial claims.
- Maintain auditable commercial files including tracking sheets and measurement books.
- Collaborate daily with Resident Engineers to reconcile discrepancies.
