Job Description
The Quantity Surveying Executive will oversee end-to-end cost management, estimation, contract administration, and commercial operations for construction projects.
The role requires analytical skills, construction materials and standards knowledge, and the ability to manage budgets and cost efficiency across the project lifecycle.
Estimation and Cost Planning
- Prepare BOQs, rate analyses, and cost estimates for civil, structural, interior, and finishing works.
- Conduct feasibility cost studies and prepare initial project budgets.
- Perform value engineering to optimize project cost without compromising quality.
Tendering and Contract Management
- Prepare and issue RFQs and RFPs, evaluate bids, and prepare tender comparison statements.
- Negotiate commercial terms with contractors and vendors.
- Draft, review, and administer contracts, work orders, and amendments.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and construction standards.
