Role Overview
Lead end-to-end project site responsibilities for construction projects, covering cost, quality, schedule, and EHS.
Manage project delivery involving contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Project Responsibilities
- Manage the main contractor and subcontractors.
- Coordinate design and execution with the architect and all consultants.
- Review progress regularly with all stakeholders.
- Manage vendors and ensure quality and timelines.
- Ensure project closure on time.
Qualifications and Experience
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering is required.
- A PG Diploma in Construction Management is an added advantage.
- Requires 18–20 years of experience in building construction and project management.
- Requires experience executing integrated construction works for projects larger than 1 million square feet.
- Requires project site experience in residential buildings or commercial complexes.
- Experience with educational institute building projects is an added advantage.
Technical Requirements
- Experience with MEP, IT, finishes, interior, and landscape work in large projects.
- Knowledge of construction statutory compliance, safety, cost control, quantity surveying, and billing.
- Experience with lump sum or fixed-price general contracting models.
- Experience reading AutoCAD 3D and Revit-based 2D/3D drawings.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Travel and Relocation
- Willingness to travel and relocate to project sites in Central, East, and North-East India is required.
