Role Overview
Lead end-to-end cost management, estimation, contract administration, and commercial operations for construction projects.
Manage project budgets and cost efficiency across the project lifecycle.
Estimation and Cost Planning
- Prepare detailed BOQs, rate analyses, and cost estimates for civil, structural, interior, and finishing works.
- Conduct feasibility cost studies and prepare initial project budgets.
- Perform value engineering to optimize project cost without compromising quality.
Tendering and Contract Management
- Prepare and float RFQs and RFPs, evaluate bids, and prepare tender comparison statements.
- Negotiate commercial terms with contractors and vendors.
- Draft, review, and administer contracts, work orders, and amendments.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and construction standards.
Billing and Commercial Control
- Verify and certify contractor running account bills and final bills based on site measurements.
- Track cost deviations, variations, and change orders with supporting documentation.
