- Prepare detailed BOQs and quantity take offs from drawings and site measurements.
- Prepare accurate project cost estimates and quotations.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Monitor project costs and profitability.
- Prepare and manage variation orders.
- Assist with procurement planning and material cost control.
- Support project invoicing and payment tracking.
- Maintain project cost records and reports.
- Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and site teams to ensure budget compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in quantity surveying, estimation, fit out, or renovation projects.
- Strong experience in BOQ preparation and quantity take offs.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Excellent Excel and cost estimation skills.
- Knowledge of procurement and project cost control.
- Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge.
- Experience in villa renovations, fit out, and residential projects is highly preferred.
- Candidates currently available in the UAE and able to join immediately or within 30 days will be given preference.
