- Attend site visits and provide regular updates to management
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in construction, renovation, or fit out projects
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of construction processes and materials
- UAE driving license is preferred
- Currently available in the UAE and able to join immediately or within 30 days

Role Overview
- We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and successful delivery of renovation and fit out projects across Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily project activities between clients, site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Track project schedules, milestones, and progress.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
- Follow up on material orders, deliveries, and procurement requirements.
- Assist with site inspections, snagging, and project handovers.
