Role Overview

  • We are looking for a proactive, customer focused, and creative Office Administrator & Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role combines office administration, customer service, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Administration

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, social media, and website.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings with clients.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, invoices, and other administrative documents.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and filing systems.
  • Coordinate with project managers and site teams regarding customer requests and project updates.
  • Manage office administration and provide general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities Marketing & Social Media

  • Manage the company’s social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Create engaging content, captions, and marketing campaigns.
  • Respond to enquiries and comments across all social media platforms.
  • Generate new leads through digital marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external marketing agencies, designers, and photographers when required.
  • Maintain and update the company website and online business profiles.
  • Monitor marketing performance and recommend ideas to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in administration, customer service, marketing, or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and spoken English. Arabic is an advantage.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience managing social media accounts for a business.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and lead generation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Canva. Experience with Meta Business Suite is an advantage.
  • Positive attitude, professional appearance, and ability to work independently.
  • Experience in the construction, renovation, real estate, or interior design industry is preferred.
  • Candidates currently available in the UAE and able to join immediately or within 30 days will be given preference.
