Responsibilities
- Manage multiple renovation, fit out, and technical services projects simultaneously
- Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation through final handover
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor project progress
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Prepare, review, and verify BOQs, cost estimates, and project budgets
- Prepare quotations and evaluate supplier and subcontractor pricing
- Manage project risks, variations, and change requests
- Monitor project costs and profitability throughout execution
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience managing renovation, fit out, or construction projects
- Strong knowledge of residential villa renovations, interior fit out, and technical services
- Proven experience managing subcontractors and project teams
- Experience in BOQ preparation, quantity take offs, cost estimation, and project budgeting
- Strong understanding of procurement, material planning, and cost control
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
- UAE driving license is required
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field preferred
- Currently available in UAE and able to join immediately or within 30 days preferred
