Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify measurements, quantities, and valuations for completed road marking works
- Review contracts, BOQs, drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Prepare interim payment applications, final accounts, and supporting commercial documentation
- Manage variations, claims, change orders, and contractual correspondence
- Monitor project costs, budgets, commitments, and commercial performance
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations, payment applications, and final accounts
- Coordinate with project, estimation, procurement, finance, and operations teams
- Identify commercial risks and support cost saving and value engineering initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of measurements, site instructions, variations, and project costs
- Support commercial negotiations with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors
Requirements
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, including substantial experience in road marking projects
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in UAE road marking projects is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of measurement and valuation of road marking works
- Strong knowledge of contracts, variations, claims, cost control, and final account preparation
- Familiarity with UAE construction contract practices and commercial procedures
- Ability to review and interpret drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contractual documents
- Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and reporting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant Quantity Surveying software
- Candidates must currently be available in the UAE

Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong expertise in road marking projects to join our team in the UAE.
