About the Role
AlRashed Food Company seeks a Quality Supervisor to lead complaint handling, coordinate CAPs, and ensure product quality in a food manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead complaint handling: register complaints, assign investigations, obtain CCIRs from QA, and share responses with stakeholders/customers
- Coordinate with internal teams to implement and track CAPs; maintain an updated complaint tracker
- Liaise with QSR customers for external and internal product cutting sessions to ensure consistency
- Work with Supply Chain and Retail teams on product return verification and control
- Collaborate with QSR and Production teams for new product development, samples, and approvals
- Visit depots, outlets, and customer sites to investigate product issues
- Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs for SFDA/Baladiya visits and QA related requests
- Review and verify product artworks developed by the lab
- Prepare product registrations on SFDA and other export portals
- Conduct FG specification and product training for production staff, including sessions in Arabic
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in supervisory role in quality inspection/quality assurance in a food manufacturing industry (bakery preferred)
- Experience in complaint handling, CAPA, and product cutting sessions
- Knowledge of SFDA/Baladiya regulations and product registration
- Ability to conduct training sessions in Arabic
