- Visit assigned customers daily according to the planned route.
- Take accurate customer orders using the company's sales system or handheld device.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Ensure all company products are available and properly displayed at customer outlets.
- Promote new products, special offers, and promotional activities.
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
- Identify new customers and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends, and report findings to the supervisor.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, orders, and sales activities.
- Follow company policies and safety procedures at all times.
