Job Description
- Delivers basic technical, administrative, or operative Quality Review/Audit tasks.
- Audits and reviews the accuracy of routine case processing activities such as: claim or commission payments, premium collection and accounting, or systems structure and data entry to ensure compliance and consistency with administrative procedures and guidelines.
- Understands simple instructions and procedures.
- Performs Quality Review and Audit duties under direct instruction and close supervision.
- Work is allocated on a day to day or task by task basis with clear instructions.
