The Role
- Cigna Healthcare is seeking a Graphic Design Specialist to support the Marketing team across the Middle East & Africa region.
- This role will be responsible for the development, management, and evolution of visual assets across all marketing and communication channels.
- The position will play a critical role in strengthening in house design capability, reducing reliance on external agencies, and ensuring consistent, high quality brand execution across markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Creation & Development: Develop high quality visual assets across digital and print formats including campaign creatives, marketing collateral, presentations, sales toolkits, event and internal communication materials.
- Sales & Product Collateral Management: Support creation, updating, and localization of Sales and Product collateral across markets; manage end to end lifecycle including updates driven by product changes and regulatory requirements.
- Social Media & Digital Content Support: Develop engaging social media content including static visuals, short form video, and motion graphics; partner with internal stakeholders to support campaign rollouts.
- AI Enabled Design & Innovation: Leverage AI powered design tools to enhance speed, efficiency, creative ideation, and content scalability across markets.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Delivery: Collaborate with cross functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Product, and leadership; translate complex briefs into clear visual outputs; deliver assets within agreed timelines.
- Brand Governance & Quality Assurance: Ensure consistency in brand identity, visual standards, and messaging alignment across all materials; review and refine assets to maintain high quality output.
