- Partner with business leaders and HR teams to understand hiring needs and support recruitment strategies
- Manage end to end recruitment processes across a variety of positions within GIH, DIFC, and selected international markets
- Identify and engage qualified talent through direct sourcing, job boards, social media, networking, and other channels
- Deliver a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Provide market insights and talent intelligence to support hiring decisions and workforce planning
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring requirements across multiple locations
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, reporting, and documentation in line with company policies and data privacy requirements
- Support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives while collaborating with colleagues across countries
