Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and HR colleagues to understand hiring needs and shape recruitment strategies
- Manage end to end recruitment for roles across different levels, primarily in Riyadh and additional support for international markets
- Source, screen, and assess candidates through direct search, job boards, social media, networking events
- Create a clear, respectful, and positive candidate experience throughout the selection process
- Share market insights and talent intelligence to support hiring decisions and workforce planning
- Build and maintain talent pipelines across multiple countries
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting in line with company policies and data privacy requirements
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent acquisition projects

- Experience in end to end recruitment
- Ability to partner with business leaders and HR colleagues
- Experience sourcing through direct search, job boards, social media, networking events
- Knowledge of data privacy requirements
- Experience in international recruitment preferred

Role Overview

What You'll Do
- Partner with business leaders and HR colleagues to understand hiring needs and shape recruitment strategies aligned with Cigna Healthcare's goals.
- Manage end to end recruitment for roles across different levels, with a primary focus on Riyadh and additional support for international markets.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates through direct search, job boards, social media, networking events, and other relevant channels.
- Create a clear, respectful, and positive candidate experience throughout the selection process.
- Share market insights and talent intelligence to support hiring decisions, workforce planning, and future talent needs.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines across multiple countries to support current and future hiring requirements.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting in line with company policies and data privacy requirements.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent acquisition projects across the region and internationally.
